Spicy Rice by Chef Irfan Wasti

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 kg
- Chop green chilies 6-8
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Capsicum chop 1 large
- Carrot finely chop 1
- Salt to taste
- Hot sauce 1/4 cup
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put oil and salt in rice and boil it.
- Now heat oil in wok and heat it.
- Then put garlic and roast it.
- Then add curry leaves.
- Now add green chili, capsicum, carrot, salt, red chili and hot sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- When masala roast, put rice and mix it nicely.
