Ingredients:
For Gulab Jamun:
- Dry milk powder 2 cups
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Pistachios for garnish
For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Kewra essence few drops
Method:
- For syrup: Put water and sugar in pan and cook until it is thick.
- Now add kewra essence, mix it and remove it.
- Syrup is ready.
- For gulab jamun: Add dry milk powder, maida, baking powder, ghee and beaten eggs in mixing bowl, knead it and make portions.
- Then heat oil in pan on medium flame, put portions and stir pan continuously.
- Then take it out, put in syrup immediately and leave it.
- Noe put gulab jamun in serving dish.
- Garnish with pistachios and serve.
