Malaysian Coconut Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken with bone 1 kg
- Garlic cloves 5-6
- Onion slices 2
- Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 8
- Milk 2 cups
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion.
- When light pink, put red chili, garlic, coconut and turmeric and fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and curry leaves and mix it nicely.
- Then put milk and cook until chicken tender.
- When sauce is thick, remove it.
- Malaysian coconut chicken is ready.
