Ingredients:
- Lamb chunks 1 kg
- Ground ginger 1 tsp
- Saffron threads 1 pinch
- Water 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Onion grated 1
- Ras el hanout 2 tsp
- Honey 1/4 cup
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Almonds toasted 1/3 cup
- Raisins 1/3 cup
- Butter or Ghee 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 piece
Method:
- Marinate meat with salt, black pepper, saffron dissolved in water and ras el hanout for 1 hour.
- Now heat olive oil in pan, put onion and fry it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, roast it, put marinated meat and cook until color comes.
- Then add water and cook until tender.
- Now put ghee or butter, cook for 2 minutes and m ix honey.
- Then add raisins and almonds and serve with Arabic bread.
