Ingredients:
For Sauce:
- Chopped dried apricots 1/2 cup
- Chopped dried prunes 1/4 cup
- Chopped dried figs 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/3 cup
- Red raisins 1/3 cup
- Orange juice 1 cup
- Water 1/3 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Orange blossom water 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak all dry fruits in water for 15 minutes.
- Now put orange juice, water and sugar in small saucepan and cook on medium flame.
- Then add all dry fruits and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- When sauce becomes thick, add orange blossom water, cool it, put on ice cream and serve.
