Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Chana daal 1 cup
- Button red chilies 8
- Black peppercorns 6
- Black cardamom 2
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Garlic cloves peeled 4
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped ginger 1
- Egg whites 2
- Rice flour or Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Wash beef boti and put in pot.
- Also put chana daal, garlic, ginger, cardamom, black peppercorns, red chilies, salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and 2-1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
- When daal and meat tender, add yogurt.
- Water dries, grind in chopper.
- Then put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, onion, ginger, rice flour or corn flour and egg whites and mix it nicely.
- Then grease hands, make kabab, heat oil in frying pan and fry kabab.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve.
