Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Chana daal 1 cup
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Black peppercorns 6
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Garlic cloves peeled 4
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1
  • Egg whites 2
  • Rice flour or Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash beef boti  and put in pot.
  2. Also put chana daal, garlic, ginger, cardamom, black peppercorns, red chilies, salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and 2-1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
  3. When daal and meat tender, add yogurt.
  4. Water dries, grind in chopper.
  5. Then put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, onion, ginger, rice flour or corn flour and egg whites and mix it nicely.
  6. Then grease hands, make kabab, heat oil in frying pan and fry kabab.
  7. When golden brown, take it out and serve.
