Egg & Mushroom Buns by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Burger buns 4
- Butter 2 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Cheese grated 4 tbsp
- Mushrooms sliced 4 tbsp
- Onion chopped 3 tbsp
- Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp each
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper for garnish
Method:
- Remove upper part of burger buns and take out center part with spoon.
- Now spread ketchup, spread butter on edges and keep it aside.
- Then heat 1-1/2 tbsp butter and fry onion until soft.
- Now put mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then remove from stove.
- Then put salt and pepper.
- Now put this mixture in hole of buns.
- Then break raw egg and put in hole.
- Repeat this step on all buns.
- Now put cheese on eggs.
- Then bake buns in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- In end, sprinkle coriander leaves and red pepper.
