Kababi Koftay by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Bread 1 slice
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
For Gravy:
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Almonds 1 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Tomato puree 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Onion (raw & ground) 1
Method:
- For koftay: Put all ingredients in chicken and mix it.
- Now make koftay, shallow fry it and keep it aside.
- For gravy: Heat oil.
- Now fry onion until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, almonds, all spice, chili powder and tomato puree and fry it nicely.
- When oil comes up, put koftay and simmer it.
- In end, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with crisp parathay.
