Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Bread 1 slice
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1

For Gravy:

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Almonds 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion (raw & ground) 1

Method:

  1. For koftay: Put all ingredients in chicken and mix it.
  2. Now make koftay, shallow fry it and keep it aside.
  3. For gravy: Heat oil.
  4. Now fry onion until light golden.
  5. Now put ginger garlic with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, almonds, all spice, chili powder and tomato puree and fry it nicely.
  6. When oil comes up, put koftay and simmer it.
  7. In end, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with crisp parathay.
