Moti Sabzi Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Rice boiled 1/2 kg
- Green peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Carrots 2
- Green chilies 6
- Butter 50 gm
- Currants 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
For Moti:
- Mince 300 gm
- Onion 1
- Egg 1/2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Bread slice 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat butter, put black pepper, salt, cumin seeds, green chilies and 2 glass water and cook on low flame.
- When 1 cup stock remains, close stove.
- Heat oil in second pot, fry potatoes, peas and carrots and add 1/2 cup water.
- When vegetables tender, put rice and salt and mix it.
- Then add currants and stock and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Now take out in dish, put fried moti and serve.
- For moti: Put mince, egg, cumin seeds, bread, salt and green chilies in chopper and grind it.
- Now make small small koftay, fry in hot oil and take it out.
- Then put on sabzi pulao and serve.
