Spicy Sausage Pasta by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Pasta 1 packet
• Sausages 6
• Finely chopped onion 1 cup
• Garlic 2 tsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Tomato ketchup 1 cup
• Finely chopped tomatoes 2
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Paprika powder 1 tsp
• Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
• Green onion 1 cup
• Cheddar cheese 1 cup
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
  

Method:

1. Heat oil, fry sausages and take it out.
2. Now put onion in this oil.
3. Then put tomatoes, garlic, salt, black pepper, red chilies, stock, soya sauce and paprika powder.
4. Then add sausages and boiled pasta.
5. Put tomato ketchup and mix it.
6. Now add cream and close stove.
7. Then take out in dish, sprinkle oregano and cheddar cheese and serve.
