Karahi Kabab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef mince (double grinded) 400 gm
- Chicken mince 400 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 5-6
- Chopped tomatoes 4-5
- Green chilies 4-5
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder1 tsp
- Egg 2
- Kabab chini powder 1/3 tsp
- Brown onion 1
- Bread slice 1-2
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Coal 1
Method:
- Put beef mince, chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red chili powder, cumin, eggs, kabab chini powder, bread slices, salt and brown onion in chopper and make paste.
- Then skew on skewer, roast on coal or steam it and fry it.
- Then give smoke of coal, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now add oil in pan and fry garlic.
- Then add tomatoes, green chilies and red chilies, mix it and cook it.
- Now add lemon juice and mix it.
- Then add kabab, mix it, dish out and serve.
