Imli Ka Sharbat by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Tamarind 250 gm
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Black salt 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
- Soak tamarind in water.
- When soft, take it out and separate pulp.
- Now add tamarind pulp and water in blender and blend it.
- Now strain it with muslin cloth.
- Then add ginger paste, all spice powder, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice, mint leaves, black salt and salt and blend again.
- Then add ice cubes and serve.
