Ingredients:
- Chicken 8 pieces
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1 cup
- Sesame seeds 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash chicken nicely and keep on strainer, so that water drain.
- Now mix flour, corn flour, chicken cube flour, black pepper, red pepper, salt, eggs, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder in bowl nicely, put some water and make thick paste.
- Then put chicken in little water.
- Also add vinegar and boil it lightly.
- After 5 minutes, strain it with strainer and cool it for 5-10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in wok, dip each chicken pieces in ready batter, coat with sesame seeds, put in wok and fry on low flame.
- When golden brown on both sides, dhaka fried chicken is ready.
