Ingredients:

  • Chicken 8 pieces
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely and keep on strainer, so that water drain.
  2. Now mix flour, corn flour, chicken cube flour, black pepper, red pepper, salt, eggs, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder in bowl nicely, put some water and make thick paste.
  3. Then put chicken in little water.
  4. Also add vinegar and boil it lightly.
  5. After 5 minutes, strain it with strainer and cool it for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Now heat oil in wok, dip each chicken pieces in ready batter, coat with sesame seeds, put in wok and fry on low flame.
  7. When golden brown on both sides, dhaka fried chicken is ready.
