Gajrela by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Carrots grated 1/2 kg
- Cardamoms 6
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Walnuts finely chopped 1/2 cup
- Boiled almonds finely chopped 10
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
Method:
- Dry water of carrots.
- Grind cardamom and with 1 tsp sugar.
- Now mix milk, 1 cup sugar, cardamom and carrots in pot and cook it.
- When carrots and sugar dissolves, mix rice in little milk and add in fresh milk.
- Also put walnuts.
- When gajrela is nicely thick, take out in bowl and cool it.
- Then put almonds and serve.
