Pineapple Bundt Cake by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Butter softened 8 oz
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Eggs beaten 2
- Egg whites 2
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Flour (sieved) 2-2/3 cups
- Baking powder (sieved) 1 tsp
- Pineapple (crushed & un-drained) 8 oz
For Glaze:
- Icing sugar 1 cup
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Pineapple essence 2 drops
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Then put eggs, egg whites, pineapple essence, flour and baking powder mixture, put all ingredients and beat it nicely.
- Then add this mixture in butter mixture.
- Stir pineapple crushed.
- Now put in 10 inch loaf pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 55 minutes.
- Then take out from pan, before keeping on wire rack, cook for 10 minutes.
- For glaze: Mix all ingredients in bowl and put on cake.
