Ingredients:
- Chicken (karahi pieces) 1 kg
- Split Bengal gram 250 gm
- Dry fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds chopped 1 tbsp
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 1/2 kg
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat ghee and put ginger garlic.
- When aroma comes, put chicken and roast it nicely.
- Then put tomato paste, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, salt, cumin, black peppercorns and red chili powder and roast it nicely.
- Then split gram and cook for 10 minutes.
- When water dries, put green chilies and garam masala and serve it.
