Ingredients:

  • Dried apricot 250 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Clove 2-3
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Sugar 4-5 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boiled apricot in water.
  2. When tender, separate water, take out seeds from pulp and separate pulp.
  3. Now heat ghee and crackle clove and green cardamom.
  4. Then put apricot pulp, roast it and add sugar.
  5. When it roasted, mix khoya and cook it.
  6. Then take out dish, garnish with cream and almonds and serve.
