Ingredients:
- Dried apricot 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Clove 2-3
- Green cardamom 2-3
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Almonds 50 gm
- Sugar 4-5 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boiled apricot in water.
- When tender, separate water, take out seeds from pulp and separate pulp.
- Now heat ghee and crackle clove and green cardamom.
- Then put apricot pulp, roast it and add sugar.
- When it roasted, mix khoya and cook it.
- Then take out dish, garnish with cream and almonds and serve.
