Spicy Chicken Roll by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps 1 dozen
  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Chopped cabbage 1 small flower
  • Grated carrots 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic and salt in chicken, dry it in its own water and make small small botiyan.
  2. Now heat oil in wok, put 2 tbsp oil, put chicken botiyan, cabbage, carrots and capsicum and stir fry it.
  3. Also add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, red chili and chicken cube flour and cool it.
  4. Now take one one roll wraps, keep mixture on edge and make roll.
  5. Then spread egg whites and close it.
  6. When all rolls are ready, heat oil in wok and fry until golden.
  7. In end, serve with tomato ketchup.
