Ginger Rice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Rice 2 cups
- Green chilies julienne 8
- Ginger finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Spring onion leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash rice, add salt and vinegar, boil it 2/4, strain it and simmer it.
- Then heat oil in wok, add ginger and green chilies and fry it lightly.
- Now put rice, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken powder and mix it nicely.
- When serve, put spring onion leaves.
- Ginger rice is ready.
