Crunchy Spiced Chicken Chunks by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Oil for frying
- Chicken chunk 2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Flour 1-1/2 cups
- Corn starch 1 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
For Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Chili sauce 1/2 to 1-1/2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
Method:
- For sauce: Beat all ingredients, keep in refrigerator and make chicken.
- For chicken: Put oil in deep fryer.
- Now beat eggs, flour, corn starch, salt and black pepper in bowl.
- Then dip chicken in egg mixture, put in oil and fry until golden brown.
- Then toast chicken in sauce and serve hot.
