Crunchy Spiced Chicken Chunks by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Oil for frying
  • Chicken chunk 2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Corn starch 1 cup
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce 1/2 to 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 clove

Method:

  1. For sauce: Beat all ingredients, keep in refrigerator and make chicken.
  2. For chicken: Put oil in deep fryer.
  3. Now beat eggs, flour, corn starch, salt and black pepper in bowl.
  4. Then dip chicken in egg mixture, put in oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Then toast chicken in sauce and serve hot.
