Lebanese Kabab by Khadija Anis

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 250 gm
  • Potato 4
  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil for frying
  • Soya sauce as required
  • Black pepper powder as required

Method:

  1. Boil chicken, peel potatoes and cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Then cook garlic powder, soya sauce, black pepper and chicken cube with 2 glass water on medium flame.
  3. When chicken and potatoes are soft, add 1/2 cup water, noodles and masalay, cook until water dries and cool it.
  4. Then mix it nicely.
  5. Now beat eggs and make kabab of mixture.
  6. Then dip kabab in eggs and fold in bread crumbs.
  7. Then heat oil in frying pan, fry kabab on medium flame and serve hot.
