Lebanese Kabab by Khadija Anis

Ingredients:
- Chicken 250 gm
- Potato 4
- Noodles 1 packet
- Chicken cube 2
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies 4
- Oil for frying
- Soya sauce as required
- Black pepper powder as required
Method:
- Boil chicken, peel potatoes and cut into 4 pieces.
- Then cook garlic powder, soya sauce, black pepper and chicken cube with 2 glass water on medium flame.
- When chicken and potatoes are soft, add 1/2 cup water, noodles and masalay, cook until water dries and cool it.
- Then mix it nicely.
- Now beat eggs and make kabab of mixture.
- Then dip kabab in eggs and fold in bread crumbs.
- Then heat oil in frying pan, fry kabab on medium flame and serve hot.
