Chicken Curry In Coconut & Black Pepper by Khadija Anis

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Roasted coconut 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add chicken and turmeric and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, coconut and black pepper and mix it nicely.
  3. Now fry for 4-5 minutes, add 3 glass water, cool it and serve it.
