Chicken Curry In Coconut & Black Pepper by Khadija Anis

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Roasted coconut 1/2 cup
- Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add chicken and turmeric and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, coconut and black pepper and mix it nicely.
- Now fry for 4-5 minutes, add 3 glass water, cool it and serve it.
