Ingredients:

  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put water, butter and sugar in medium saucepan and cook until melt.
  2. Now add flour and stir it wooden spoon.
  3. Then make dough.
  4. Then add eggs.
  5. Now heat oil on 375 degrees C and put one one scoop of mixture in oil.
  6. Then keep on 350 degrees C and fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Now take it out, put on tissue, dry it and serve hot.
