Ingredients:
- Water 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put water, butter and sugar in medium saucepan and cook until melt.
- Now add flour and stir it wooden spoon.
- Then make dough.
- Then add eggs.
- Now heat oil on 375 degrees C and put one one scoop of mixture in oil.
- Then keep on 350 degrees C and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now take it out, put on tissue, dry it and serve hot.
