Ingredients:
- Water 1 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Eggs 4
Filling For Eclairs:
- Milk 2-1/4 cups
- Sugar 1/2-3/4 cup
- Egg yolks 4
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method:
- For dough: Put water, butter and salt in pan, boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from stove.
- Then add flour, mix it nicely, put again on stove and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Now use electric mixture and add eggs one by one.
- Then put this mixture in piping bag and bake in oven on 350 degrees C.
- For filling: Mix all ingredient and thick it on high flame.
