Creamy Chicken Tikka Sticks by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into in 1 inch tikka cubes and marinate with lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin, tikka masala, cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Now skew chicken in wooden skewers and deep in beaten eggs.
  3. Then fold in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  4. Serve with chutney.
