Creamy Chicken Tikka Sticks by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Egg beaten 2
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Cut chicken into in 1 inch tikka cubes and marinate with lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin, tikka masala, cream and mayonnaise.
- Now skew chicken in wooden skewers and deep in beaten eggs.
- Then fold in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
- Serve with chutney.
