Lamb Honey With Honey Saffron Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Lamb chops 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ground 1/2 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Water 1-1/2 cup

For Honey & Saffron Sauce:

  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper ground 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Fries to serve
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate lamb chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper crushed, black pepper ground, yogurt, lemon juice and cumin.
  2. Then cook in 1-1/2 cup water until chops tender and dries it.
  3. Now put 1/4 cup oil and fry chops for 5 minutes.
  4. Then give smoke of coal.
  5. For sauce: Put honey, saffron, vinegar and black pepper in pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add mint leaves.
  7. Then put sauce on chops and serve with fries.
