Lamb Honey With Honey Saffron Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Lamb chops 1 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Black pepper ground 1/2 tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Water 1-1/2 cup
For Honey & Saffron Sauce:
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Black pepper ground 1 tsp
- Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Fries to serve
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate lamb chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper crushed, black pepper ground, yogurt, lemon juice and cumin.
- Then cook in 1-1/2 cup water until chops tender and dries it.
- Now put 1/4 cup oil and fry chops for 5 minutes.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- For sauce: Put honey, saffron, vinegar and black pepper in pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add mint leaves.
- Then put sauce on chops and serve with fries.
