Matar Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Green peas 1/2 kg
- Rice soaked 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Onions 2
- Salt 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 2 tsp
- Whole coriander 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Cardamoms 4
- Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put onion, tomatoes, coriander, fennel seeds, salt and 4 glass water and cook on low flame.
- 2 glass stocks remains, close stove and strain stock.
- Put oil in pot and fry onion until brown.
- Then put whole mix spice.
- Also put ginger garlic paste and peas and roast it nicely.
- Now add stock, when it boils and put soaked rice.
- When water dries, put chopped mint leaves and green chilies.
- Simmer it for 15 minutes, take out in dish and serve.
