Spicy Chicken Wings by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate wings with garlic paste, salt and pepper.
  2. Set aside for while.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry wings until golden brown and crisp, remove them and drain well.
  4. Once wings have drained a bit, place them in large bowl.
  5. Melt butter in saucepan.
  6. Mix in chili sauce and vinegar.
  7. Pour melted sauce over cooked wings, mix to coat wings with sauce.
