Spicy Chicken Wings by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 1 kg
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil to fry
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate wings with garlic paste, salt and pepper.
- Set aside for while.
- Heat oil and deep fry wings until golden brown and crisp, remove them and drain well.
- Once wings have drained a bit, place them in large bowl.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Mix in chili sauce and vinegar.
- Pour melted sauce over cooked wings, mix to coat wings with sauce.
