Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Bread slices 2
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Chopped green onion 2
- Salt to taste
- Egg 2
- Oil to fry
For Sauce:
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut edges of bread slices and mix in chicken mince.
- Then grind in chopper.
- Now put in boil, add corn flour, chicken powder, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
- Then mix green onion and knead it nicely.
- Now make small small portions and fry it.
- Mix fry chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jaggery, salt and corn flour in frying pan or wok and make thick sauce.
- Then put some sauce in dish, keep balls and put sauce.
- Then put spring onion leaves and serve.
