Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast cubes 1
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Penne pasta boiled 1 packet

For Sauce:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Olives chopped 3 tbsp
  • Jalapeno chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper and oregano leaves.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan and fry garlic lightly.
  3. Then put chicken and fry until it cook.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic and onion.
  5. Now add tomato puree, red chilies, salt, black pepper, chicken powder, sugar, oregano, olives, jalapeno, cream cheese, cream and water and mix it nicely.
  6. Now put boiled pasta and chicken, mix it and serve hot with garlic bread.
