Ingredients:
- Strawberry jello 1 packet
- Gelatin 1-1/2 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
- Fresh cream whipped 4 oz
For Decoration:
- Swiss roll or plain cake slices as required
Method:
- Dissolve strawberry jello and gelatin in water.
- Now beat ice cream and cream cheese, add in gelatin mixture and mix it nicely.
- Then fill half half mixture in serving glasses.
- Now put Swiss roll or plain cakes slices and fill glassed with gelatin mixture.
- Then keep glasses in fridge until set.
- Then decorate with fresh cream and serve.
