Rassalo Kheer by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sugar cane juice 1 kg
- Bread rice 1/2 cup
- Milk 250 gm
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar as required
- Kewra essence few drops
- Silver paper 3-4
- Almonds or Pistachios 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Put 125 gm milk in mixing bowl, soak rice and grind it.
- Now put 125 gm milk in pan, add sugar and dissolve it.
- Now add milk rice mixture.
- Also add sugar cane juice and cook it.
- Now put cardamom powder and cook it nicely.
- When mixture is thick, add kewra essence and mix it.
- Then soak mud pot in water, put kheer and cool it.
- Then garnish with silver paper, almonds and pistachios and serve.
