Beef Tehari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 500 gm
  • Beef slices 300 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Eggs 6
  • Onion 1
  • Cinnamon stick 2-3
  • Big green chilies 3-4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Potatoes 3-4
  • Green cardamoms 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Black cardamoms 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes and separate it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste until brown.
  3. Now put beef, cinnamon, green cardamoms, cloves and black cardamoms and fry it.
  4. Then put yogurt, red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt in mixing bowl, beat it, add in pan and roast until oil separates.
  5. Now put rice and water as required.
  6. Then put tomatoes and green chilies and cook until water dries and beef tender.
  7. Add potatoes and simmer it.
  8. When ready, take out in dish, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
