Beef Tehari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sela rice 500 gm
- Beef slices 300 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Eggs 6
- Onion 1
- Cinnamon stick 2-3
- Big green chilies 3-4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Potatoes 3-4
- Green cardamoms 3-4
- Cloves 3-4
- Black cardamoms 3-4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Curry powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil eggs and potatoes and separate it.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry ginger garlic paste until brown.
- Now put beef, cinnamon, green cardamoms, cloves and black cardamoms and fry it.
- Then put yogurt, red chili powder, cumin powder, curry powder and salt in mixing bowl, beat it, add in pan and roast until oil separates.
- Now put rice and water as required.
- Then put tomatoes and green chilies and cook until water dries and beef tender.
- Add potatoes and simmer it.
- When ready, take out in dish, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
