Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 6-8
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Boiled & chopped pistachio 15
  • Boiled & chopped almonds 10
  • Sugar as required
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mash vermicelli nicely with hands.
  2. Now grind small cardamom with 1 tsp sugar.
  3. Then put milk, grinded cardamom, vermicelli and sugar and cook on low flame nicely.
  4. When vermicelli dissolves in milk, mix corn flour in little water, add in vermicelli and thick it.
  5. Now cool it little and put condensed milk.
  6. Then put in serving bowl and put almonds, pistachio and khoya.
  7. When kheer is cooled nicely, serve it.
