Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Green cardamoms 6-8
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Khoya 125 gm
- Boiled & chopped pistachio 15
- Boiled & chopped almonds 10
- Sugar as required
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mash vermicelli nicely with hands.
- Now grind small cardamom with 1 tsp sugar.
- Then put milk, grinded cardamom, vermicelli and sugar and cook on low flame nicely.
- When vermicelli dissolves in milk, mix corn flour in little water, add in vermicelli and thick it.
- Now cool it little and put condensed milk.
- Then put in serving bowl and put almonds, pistachio and khoya.
- When kheer is cooled nicely, serve it.
