Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 3 cups
- Instant yeast 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Lukewarm water to knead
For Topping:
- Zatar 1/2 cup
- Sumac 3 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- For dough: Put flour, yeast, oil and sugar in bowl, knead dough nicely with lukewarm water and leave it for rise for 30 minutes.
- Then make small balls and keep it aside.
- For topping: Put all ingredients in chopper and chop it.
- Now spread on small bread, bake on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes and serve hot.
