Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Almonds (boiled and crushed) 12
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds ground 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mutton, ginger garlic paste and salt in wok and dry water.
  2. Now put poppy seeds, oil, almonds and white pepper and roast it lightly.
  3. When oil comes up, put milk and cream, roast it lightly and simmer it.
  4. Then put green chilies and serve hot with naan.
