Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Almonds (boiled and crushed) 12
- Oil 1 cup
- Fresh milk 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds ground 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put mutton, ginger garlic paste and salt in wok and dry water.
- Now put poppy seeds, oil, almonds and white pepper and roast it lightly.
- When oil comes up, put milk and cream, roast it lightly and simmer it.
- Then put green chilies and serve hot with naan.
