Ingredients:
- Bread slices 6
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Eggs 6
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 250 gm
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Almonds, Pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Soak milk in bread slices.
- Now put eggs, sugar, cardamom powder and condensed milk.
- Then put on hot ghee and roast on medium flame.
- When it leaves color and ghee comes up, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
