Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 2
  • Brinjals 2
  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Okra 250 gm
  • Carrots 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Boil tomatoes and grind it.
  2. Now fry potatoes, brinjals, cauliflower, okra and carrots and take it out.
  3. Put tomatoes in remaining oil.
  4. Also add garlic, red chili powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt, mustard seeds and garam masala and roast it.
  5. Then put fried vegetables, green chilies, green coriander and chickpeas and simmer it for 20 minutes.
  6. Mixed sabzi is ready.
