Mexican Burger by Sidra Marium

Ingredients:
- Red beans boiled 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili chopped 1 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Beef chunks 1/2 kg
- Paprika 1-1/2 tbsp
- Onion powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Oregano 1-1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Lemon 1
- White onion large chunks 2
- Green chili large 2
- Beef stock 1/2 kg
- BBQ sauce 5 tbsp
- Coriander 1 handful
- Avocado 2
- Red onion chopped 1/2
- Green jalapeno 1
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Green jalapeno 3
- Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Spreadable cream cheese 3 tbsp
- Corn chips crushed 2 cup
- Flour 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Oil 2 cup
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put red beans and water in saucepan, cook for 5 minutes, add oregano, garlic powder and red chili and cook more for 2 minutes.
- Then mix beef in lemon and cook with white onion, green chili, beef stock and handful coriander for 20 minutes.
- Now keep in air for 5 minutes and add bbq sauce.
- Then mash avocado, add red onion, 1 green jalapeno, lemon juice and coriander, mix 3 green jalapeno, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and paprika and coat in flour.
- Now deep fry with corn chips.
- In end, assemble all mixture on bun and serve.
