Ingredients:

  • Medium potatoes 3
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic thinly sliced as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper chopped as required
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Parmesan or cheddar cheese 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees C and grease it.
  2. Then cut potatoes and onion into slices.
  3. Then keep some potatoes, top with some onion, sprinkle some garlic, salt and black pepper and make layer of remaining onion and potato.
  4. Now mix cream and parmesan or cheddar cheese, add it and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Then cool it for 5 minutes and serve.
