Grilled Chicken With Cherry Sauce by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Tara garam masala1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Skinless chicken 8 piece
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Cherry Sauce:
- Fresh cherries 1 cup
- Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
- Water 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- For cherry sauce: Mix all ingredients nicely.
- Add tara garam masala, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili and vinegar and marinate chicken with it.
- Then leave for 10 minutes on room temperature.
- Now put chicken with lemon on grill and grill on both sides for 5 minutes till golden.
- Then separate lemon and cook chicken for 8-12 minutes.
- Then top grilled lemons on chicken and serve.
