Grilled Chicken With Cherry Sauce by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Tara garam masala1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Skinless chicken 8 piece
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Cherry Sauce:

  • Fresh cherries 1 cup
  • Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Water 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. For cherry sauce: Mix all ingredients nicely.
  2. Add tara garam masala, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili and vinegar and marinate chicken with it.
  3. Then leave for 10 minutes on room temperature.
  4. Now put chicken with lemon on grill and grill on both sides for 5 minutes till golden.
  5. Then separate lemon and cook chicken for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Then top grilled lemons on chicken and serve.
