Paneer Cutlet by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Bread slices 6
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Chopped almonds 15
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 4 cloves
- Ginger 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped green onion 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Beaten eggs 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Grate cottage cheese.
- Now cut bread slices edges, put in blender and make finely bread crumbs.
- Then mix cottage cheese and bread crumbs and add flour, stock cube, almonds, black pepper, garlic, ginger, green onion, green chilies, green coriander and salt.
- Now keep it aside for set.
- Then make small cutlets, dip in beaten eggs and deep fry in hot oil or shallow fry on low flame till golden brown.
- Then keep on kitchen paper so that oil absorbs.
- Then sprinkle 1 pinch gram flour and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
