Oven Roasted Chicken Shawarma by Fareesa Batool

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 1/2 kg
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Red pepper flakes 1 tsp
- Onion sliced 1 large
- Garlic cloves 4
For Serving:
- Hummus as required
- Garlic sauce as required
- Pita bread as required
Method:
- Put lemon juice, oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, red pepper and garlic in big bowl and beat it nicely.
- Then add chicken breast, toast it and marinate with mixture nicely.
- Now cover with plastic and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
- Then heat oven on 200 degrees C, add onion in bowl and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Then take out from oven and serve with pitta bread, hummus and garlic sauce.
