Chilled Corn Soup by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:
- Corn 1 tin
- Medium onion 1
- Garlic clove 1
- Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 cups
- Water as required
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- Cook onion, garlic, butter with salt in big saucepan on low flame and stir it continuously till onion is soft.
- Then add corn, water and black pepper, cook for 20 minutes without cover and blend corn mixture in blender.
- Now cool it for at least 1 hour and serve.
