Chilled Corn Soup by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Corn 1 tin
  • Medium onion 1
  • Garlic clove 1
  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 cups
  • Water as required
  • Black pepper as required

Method:

  1. Cook onion, garlic, butter with salt in big saucepan on low flame and stir it continuously till onion is soft.
  2. Then add corn, water and black pepper, cook for 20 minutes without cover and blend corn mixture in blender.
  3. Now cool it for at least 1 hour and serve.
