Ingredients:
- Peaches 2
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Oil or Butter 1/4 cup
- White sugar 3 cup
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Nutmeg 1 pinch
- Cinnamon 1 pinch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Cornstarch as required
Method:
- Preheat oven on 425 degrees C.
- Now toast peaches, 1/4 cup white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and cornstarch in big bowl.
- Then put in baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Now blend flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, baking powder and salt with oil and add some water.
- Then take out peaches from oven and put on it with mixture, sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake more for 30 minutes and serve.
