Nariyal Daal by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled Bengal gram 500 gm
- Fresh desiccated coconut 100 gm
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomatoes 3-4
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
- Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 3-4
Method:
- Add ginger garlic and oil in pan and fry it.
- Now add tomatoes and roast it.
- Then add Bengal gram and mix it.
- Then add turmeric, black pepper, red chili, all spice and salt and mix it.
- Also add water as required and cook it.
- Now add coconut and mix it.
- Then add green chilies and mix it.
- Now take out in dish, give bhagar of cumin seeds and curry leaves and serve.
