Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color few
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Mushroom slice 1 tin
  • Chopped green onion 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic cloves 4

Method:

  1. Soak rice.
  2. Now boil in pot.
  3. Also put 1 tbsp vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils 2/4, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  6. Mix yellow food color and red chili flakes in eggs, beat it, put in oil and stir it fast.
  7. When it becomes pieces, take it out and keep it aside.
  8. Now put capsicum, carrot and mushroom and stir fry it.
  9. Then put 1 tbsp vinegar, soya sauce, chicken cube and brown sugar.
  10. Then add rice and stir it fast.
  11. When it is nicely mixed, put sesame seed oil.
  12. Then take out in dish, put eggs and green onion and serve hot.
