Ingredients:

  • Chicken pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp

For Chicken Filling:

  • Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Flat chicken pasanday with balen (roller).
  2. Now put cumin, chaat masala, cottage cheese, coriander leaves and onion in bowl and mix with hands nicely.
  3. Then fill this masalay in pasanday, roll it and insert toothpick.
  4. Then heat oil and fry pasanday.
  5. When golden brown, add yogurt, tomato paste, black pepper and salt and mix it.
  6. Then put green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Chicken rolly polly is ready.
