Ingredients:
- Chicken pasanday 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
For Chicken Filling:
- Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Flat chicken pasanday with balen (roller).
- Now put cumin, chaat masala, cottage cheese, coriander leaves and onion in bowl and mix with hands nicely.
- Then fill this masalay in pasanday, roll it and insert toothpick.
- Then heat oil and fry pasanday.
- When golden brown, add yogurt, tomato paste, black pepper and salt and mix it.
- Then put green chilies and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Chicken rolly polly is ready.
