Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery finely chopped 1 cup
  • Coconut grated 1 packet
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Dry coconut finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • Water 4-5 cup

Method:

  1. Wash rice and coon in water until soft.
  2. Now put jaggery, raisins and dry coconut and cook it slightly.
  3. When jaggery melts, serve gur ky chawal with hot milk.
