Ingredients:

For Chocolate Sponge Base:

  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 2 oz
  • Coco powder 1-1/2 oz
  • Flour 1-1/2 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Cream cheese 5 oz
  • White chocolate 4-5 oz
  • Orange juice 3 oz
  • Gelatin 1-1/2 to 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Egg whites 2
  • Caster sugar 5 tbsp
  • Orange jelly 1 packet
  • Oranges as required
  • Peaches as required

Method:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Now add flour.
  3. Then put vanilla essence with 1 tbsp water and beat it nicely.
  4. Now bake on 200 degrees C.
  5. For filling: Melt white chocolate in water.
  6. Now beat cream cheese and caster sugar and add melted chocolate.
  7. Then heat orange juice and dissolve gelatin.
  8. Then stiff egg whites and add in this mixture.
  9. Then fold stiff cream mixture in this.
  10. For assemble: Keep sponge on 8-9 inch pan, spread filling and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.
  11. For topping: Spread orange jelly.
  12. Then put oranges and peaches and spread gelatin glaze.
